This new, streamlined system means a better checkout experience for you whenever you’re grabbing merch or new music. Because we are completely switching over and removing our old payment processors, any saved credit card information will be securely cleared. If you are one of our amazing VIPs with an active subscription, you’ll just need to take a quick minute to re-enter your payment details so your perks and goodies keep rolling in without interruption. How to Update Your Payment Details

It only takes a moment to keep your subscription rocking! Just follow these quick steps:

1. Log In: Head over to our online store and log into your customer account.
2. Go to Your Dashboard: Click on “My Account” (usually found in the top right corner or main menu).
3. Navigate to Subscriptions: Select the “Subscriptions” or “Payment Methods” tab from your account menu.
4. Update Your Card: Click “Change Payment” or “Add Payment Method” next to your active subscription.
5. Save Changes: Enter your card details into our secure new system and hit “Save”—and you’re all set!
