As we promised, the stars came out to shine at the annual National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade Saturday.

With entertainment by newcomers (think Haley Reinhart) and pop veterans (like Debbie Gibson)– and appearances from Katie Couric, Alex Trebek, Marie Osmond, Kristi Yamaguchi, Buzz Aldrin and Miss America 2012 Laura Kaeppeler — no stargazer was disappointed.

Fashionistas weren’t disappointed, either. In addition to beautiful cherry blossoms, Washington, D.C., was decorated with full-on couture — from Louis Vuitton to Gucci.
