(CBS/AP) NEW YORK – If you thought the arguments and meltdowns on “Celebrity Apprentice” were all for the camera, Debbie Gibson has some news for you.
Gibson, one of 18 new contestants in the season that begins Sunday night on NBC, says the rivalries are not made up. Nor are the producers and crew pushing buttons to get the celebs to react.
The sniping is real and, the mild-mannered Gibson says, when the cameras were on her constantly and she was suffering from a lack of sleep, she got snippy, too.
If the stress got to Gibson, can you imagine what it will do to such high-maintenance celebs as Victoria Gotti and Teresa Giudice?
