Blog: My Southwest update

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the customer service reps from Southwest who reached out and did all within their power to make things right. I will continue to fly SWA in the future!

  • Don’t care so much about Marion — I’m sure they talked to her and told her to exercise better judgment and a lot more courtesy, and I doubt they’d tell you more than that.

    What happened to you? You’ve been pretty coy beyond “making things right” after being pretty detailed when it happened. At a minimum they should have credited you for THAT flight and given you a free round trip voucher.

  • i think it’s nice deb got this thing worked out.i thought it was funny,the whole thing.i love debbie and i always will,she should be treated as a star and celebrity by who all who cross her path.in my opinion she is a queen.
