Portable TVs… well, ironically people can watch their favorite programs or whatever on their cellphones… (don’t think those things lasted since I don’t hear anybody bringing them up on nostalgia boards…)
I’ve seen the ads on a defunct picture site before.
lol.. love it .. I rememer searching all of the seventeen and ym mags for these ads… lol.. I still have the mascara display with her pic packed away somewhere, I had to beg the local drug store for it but i got it .. lol
I have the first one she did along with this one…….Pink t-shirt and jeans…my first official DG poster. My dad hung it on my wall while I was sleeping and I woke up the next morning to it….thanks for the nostalgia
I remeber she had an ad for natual Wonder in the Riverbend Music center August/ September issue concert schedule mini book thing. This was during her Electric Youth tour in September 89. I have the ad pictured above since it is in the OOTB tourbook.
I totally remember this!!! I also STILL have a bottle of your Electric Youth perfume…It is soooo old but it still smells good…I can’t bear to part with it LOL…You are awesome and I admire all that you’ve done and all that you do. You rock chica!! BIG HUGS!!
Omg!!! I used to go into stores back then and beg for all of the cardboard stands that the makeup was held in!! I had so many of the Natural Wonder displays. I remember thinking you looked soooo good with all that makeup on (it was the gayboy in me)!
I remember that ad being in the Out of the Blue Tour book.

Actually due to that they probably only carry broadcast channels and also interference with the antenna.
